RESTAURA is a training for those who want to understand the temperaments and use this knowledge to grow in self-awareness, understand people and transform their relationships.
The training is based on the five temperaments of the Arno Profile System (APS), a system developed in the United States, in which Cristina Moret is certified.

What will you learn?
You will get to know the five temperaments — Melancholic, Choleric, Sanguine, Phlegmatic and Supine —, understanding their characteristics, strengths, weaknesses and ways of functioning.
You will also learn about the three areas of functioning: Inclusion, Control and Affection, understanding how different combinations of temperaments influence the way each person thinks, feels, acts, reacts and relates to others.
The Temperament Test is included in the training, so you begin this process by understanding your own profile.
But RESTAURA doesn’t end with self-knowledge.
Throughout the training, you will learn to identify behavior patterns in other people, understand different ways of functioning and develop a more conscious view of relationships.

Do I need a background in the field to follow along?
No. RESTAURA is for anyone who wants to better understand themselves and others, and it starts from the beginning: the first two modules are an opening and an introduction.
Are the classes recorded or live?
The 19 modules are recorded, so you can watch them at your own pace and as many times as you like. In addition, there are 8 live online meetings for questions and going deeper, spread across the roughly 2 months of the training.
Is the temperament test included?
Yes. The International Professional Temperament Test and the feedback on your test are part of the training. It is where you start, understanding your own profile.
Is the training in English?
The 19 recorded modules and the PDF material are in Portuguese. The training is 100% online, so you can join from any country, and payment is through Hotmart, in Brazilian reais, US dollars or euros. If you would like to study the temperaments in English, message me on WhatsApp and we will find the best path for you.
How long do I have access?
One year from the date of purchase. The training takes about 2 months, and you keep access to the recorded modules until the year is up.
How much is it, and how do I pay?
R$ 350.00 in a single payment, or up to 6 card installments of R$ 65.66. In US dollars, US$ 200; in euros, € 200. You pay in reais, dollars or euros, depending on your region. Enrollment and payment are done on Hotmart, with the payment methods it offers, and your access is released as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
What if I join and it’s not for me?
You have seven days from the purchase to request a refund directly on Hotmart. The platform returns your money.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, when you complete the course. The certificate confirms that you completed the training and is not a professional license.
Does this replace therapy?
No. This is study, not a session. If you are looking for support with a specific pain, the way forward is individual therapy or Grief and Loss Mentoring.
