Therapy

A space to understand what you are going through, broaden your awareness and find new possibilities.

Therapy is a space to be heard, to reflect and to grow in self-knowledge. A place to talk about what you are going through, better understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviors and look at your own story with more clarity.

You may come to therapy facing a difficulty, a change, a loss, a conflict or a decision. But you may also come simply because you want to know yourself better, understand your patterns and develop a more conscious relationship with yourself and with the people around you.

The process

How I work

My work starts with listening, but goes beyond it.

Based on what you bring to each session, I ask questions, offer reflections and help you notice things that often go unnoticed.

We work through your story, your patterns, emotions, choices and relationships, seeking to understand what lies behind what you are living today and to broaden your choices.

Topics

What can we work on?

Every process is unique, but some topics come up often:

  • Self-knowledge and identity
  • Emotions, fears and insecurities
  • Relationships and conflicts
  • Marriage and family
  • Boundaries and difficulty speaking up
  • Patterns that keep repeating
  • Grief, loss and change
  • Self-esteem and personal issues
  • Decisions and times of transition
Foundations

My approach

My practice brings together therapeutic, psychological and psychoanalytic knowledge, from a Christian perspective.

Faith is part of how I understand the human being and, when it makes sense for the person and for the process, it can also be part of the reflections we develop in therapy.
